Does not Charge .. or turn on at all ???

3g 8gb iphone .. looks like it was droped .. screen good .....back cover cracked by previous owner .. by the volume.. dont know about any internal damage ..

had it jb was tryying to unlock it but noticed it was a 5.9bootloader and 5.11baseband .. so i left it for a couple of weeks .. did not touch it .. now i noticed this problem it doesent turn on at all .. cant even go on recovery mode or dfu ....the battery really sucked when i had it jb'n used to charge it overnight .. and it only stayed on for like 20minutes .. and then it always sayed 20% battery life ..



ok so heres the situation ... phone does not turn on .. goes too apple screen and turns off only if its connected to the charge ... when its pluged in to a pc .. nothing happens

the apple screen only comes when its connected to a wall charge not the pc .. but doent turn on .. goes back to reset i guess ... do u guys think i have a bad battery ... ??? may b some thing was wrong when the phone was droped .. before i got it .. .. ??

Have you left it on charge overnight?

It may just need a good charge. If the battery is bad, you may need to get a replacement battery, that maybe the root of all ya problems

yup left it for charge over night .. nothing .. samething in morning .. can the battery go bad .. like that tho ..with a drop .. coz if soo i will make the person pay .. who i got the phone from .. ?

Try holding the home button and power button together for 30 seconds and see if that turns it on.
