How to remove apps

hello...i have that app rock on my iphone but how do i remove it if i dont want it from my phone?

Tap and hold your finger on the icon on the screen until they start to wiggle. A cross in the right top corner will appear. Click that and press delete

no this is one of those apps where you cant just cross it out its like cydia apps you gotta take it out in manage but i dont know how to take this app out
