Well I'm currently not home with my computer so I backed up my iPhone on a friends computer. He doesn't have any of my songs or anything but if I want to restore my phone on his computer will I still get back my music?

No, music has to come from your own PC. If anything you would be transferring his/her music to your device.

Syncing/backing up only backs up your apps, text messages, contacts, etc.
