I'm moving to Guam next month and was wondering how to get an iPhone out there. None of the local carriers on Guam advertise the iPhone but they're all GSM networks. So I'm guessing that unlocking / jailbreaking a phone I buy stateside before I go is the only way, huh? The AT&T international plans are just too ridiculous to use out there.

Yeah, if they have a GSM network there, it will work fine. You could also look into getting a factory unlocked phone so you don't have to bother with software unlocks. I liked Guam, I went to Andersen AFB a couple times when I was in the military. Great Scuba diving!

I remember it was hard to get used to driving on the right side of the road again. That was weird.

You have to buy one or have someone else buy one for you in one of the following countries; Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Luxemburg, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, or United Arab Emirates.

A small beautiful island in the south pacific with blue skies and warm waters. No snow and you can wear shorts on Christmas. My kind of place.
Beware of the Habu though ;)

Stobor are wild predators that lived on Haruun Kal, the only inhabited world in the Al'har system, which was bombarded by the imperial navy fleet shortly after the Galactic Empire was established.
The fauna on Haruun Kal included many predators and scavengers. Many of the insects were parasitic. Notable fauna included akk dogs, ankkoxs, branch leopards, fever wasps, Tuskers, Jacunas, Vine cats, Rot crows, and grassers.
Correct?

That wasn't the definition I was looking for, though I didn't know the information you provided.

Are you serious?!?
I was so sure that was it. It was not Star Wars, off to do more research I am...

Stobor is the idea, or the personification of unique dangers for each planet in the galaxy. Space Survival training students are warned to beware of or watch out for Stobor. It keeps them on edge, looking for the hidden dangers of their situation.
Is this correct or just another irrelevant definition?

Ding! Ding! Ding! You win a bottle of Ambien!
Now, what book and author did this come from?
Europa

Yay, finally!
Tunnel in the Sky by Robert Heinlein.
I've never tried Ambien. I'd probably be one of the ones that gets up a couple hours after taking it, sleep walks out to the car and drives around town in a zombie like state.

Good work!
I read that book several times in my teens (that was one of Heinlein's book written specifically for the younger crowd) and loved it.
