So I have waited along time to jailbreak my iPhone (waiting on 3.1 JB release) and finally Blackra1n solved my problem there. Anyways what are some must download Cydia apps? It's been awhile since Ive jailbreaked and I just need a fresh reminder.

It allows apps that are wifi-only to run over the 3g network as well. It's great for apps such as Slingbox Mobile, the App Store, iTunes and YouTube. You can view YouTube video in the higher-resolution quality with 3Gunrestrictor.

Does this affect you tariff with your provider do you know? Does it go past 'unlimited'

im thinking about iblacklist. can anyone tell me how it is? can i restrict incoming calls to JUST the people in my phone book and have everyone else go directly to my vm?

It allows you to get into your iphone's filesystem and make changes to it via wifi connection and a computer. You can change icons, wallpapers, sounds, UI settings, put your own things in it that aren't from Cydia and many more things. It allows you to totally cutomize your phone.
