Just read new itouch coming out...I have waited and waited for it...Guess what? NO camera! How bummer is that?

I have cameras, my iphone, and an itouch...I wanted that dang camera in the itouch...anyone else wishing they had included it in the updated version?

Yeah, this was announced several weeks ago. I have no need for the touch, but was real surprised it didn't include a camera. Instead Apple added video to the nano. Go figure.

Just like they didn't add a zoom feature or a flash to the iPhone's camera. iPod Touch is worthless to me as long as I have my iPhone, but if you like using a Nokia, for instance, then iPod Touch is pretty fine! I have the first generation 8GB one and I don't even use it at all, I'm buying a car stand for it soon so I can connect it and listen to music.

I like my itouch for playing games...especially scrabble and other word games that can be played online. I don't like to use my iphone for playing games as it uses the battery faster than I want to use it when I am away from home...so the itouch is a great thing for me. And, since I do like to take photos, the camera in the itouch would have been a great bonus! BTW...I also have a Blackberry Bold and that little camera in the Bold is fine. Has a flash which I'd love in my iphone.

And only one other thing...I didn't realize the new itouch was old news...dang it. I just saw it online this morning and thought it was just released!

I had a BlackBerry Curve 8900 a couple of months ago and it was fantastic. I have never tried the Bold but I wanted it really bad, but as soon as I saw its size it kind of turned me off you know. The 8900 has awesome features, superb performance, and is totally stylish and sleek. It's also as light as a tooth brush!
