I've been using my iPhone for about year and half... had no problems with it. But the past couple of days I've noticed that my battery drains even when I lock the phone. I leave it in my pocket for a couple hours and my iphone becomes very warm and the battery drains alot. Im sure I don't accidentlly hit the unlock button in my pocket. What could this be?

Is it jailbroken?

What Cydia apps have you got installed? Insomnia for example?

It sounds like something is still running in the background.

Have you rebooted to ensure nothing is running and then checked the drain again?

Try checking if "Keep Awake" is activated in your SBsettings. Also make sure push isn't enable in non-pushable accounts (settings>mail contacts cal.>fetch new data>advance), that seem to fix my problem before.

The push setting was enabled and this has fixed the problem!!! Thank you very much. Strange how it turned on by it self, I never even touched it.

I have the same idea with you. Great!
Glad to hear you're using this: I plan to keep it much more aggressively up-to-date than has been the case in the past, but don't hesitate to let me know if you find errors or need clarifications.:dft009:happy
