How do I redeem my itunes gift card on my itouch with the new upgrade? HELP!!!

Go into the App Store, then select "Featured" on the far left, at the bottom there should be an option for "Redeem".

Click the iTunes home buttom and on the right hand side under Quick Links you'll see: Redeem as your first option.
