Should it take 2 hours to download a movie over 3 mg dsl? Thats what itunes says

I have DSL and when I purchase a movie and download from iTunes it takes 45-60 minutes depending on the movie length.

Come to think of it I don't think I've ever just bought 1 at a time so it seems like the time I stated was for 2-3 movies. Sorry it's been 6 months and as the wife says, my steel trap has rusted shut!

I have 23Mb/s ADSL

It takes me 5 minutes to download 700Mb.
