I searched cydia for tenusi got no results. Installed Tenuis. Some of the icons look similar but doesn't quite look like this post buy gwakie.

I want to look exactly like that. What do I do?

Post a screen shot.

You need to SSH into the phone and manually change the icons that aren't automatically skinned. Some of them are just spelled incorrectly or have the wrong names and need to be fixed. For example, Text.png will need to be changed to Messages.png. You'll need to find icons on the internet for your apps that aren't included in the theme. If the theme is popular, as that one is, you should be able to find them fairly easily. Do you have OpenSSH installed? You'll also need to install FontSwap to change the system font and lock screen font unless you want to manually SSH those fonts in. I prefer to use FontSwap because then they can easily be changed when I'm away from my computer.

The problem I'm having is finding that exact theme? I couldn't find it under tenusi and I installed Tenuis. What else do I need to download/ Fonts? Wallpaper? Add-ons?

That guy has several themes activated - only the icons are coming form tenuis, and maybe the wallaper. The font has likely been activated though FontSwap of through replacing the default fonts with a custom one through SSH, and the clock-like widget at the top of the screen is one of several such widget/themes you can download in various places. I can't tell you exactly where to look, but they're all over the place.
