BillMinder for iPhone

BillMinder is a bill tracking and reminding application for iPhone. It's the most feature filled bill management application on the App Store. We've put out 13 updates over the last year (14th pending approval) and more are coming. It supports push notifications via an *optional* service that costs 99 cents USD per year. It is currently the only bill tracking application that supports backup and restore as well as push notifications.

We wanted to let you know that BillMinder 2.1 was recently released and version 2.1.1 has been submitted to Apple. We're adding 4 new, custom icons (no stock art here!) in version 2.1.1 and some bug fixes. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you ever need assistance. :)

I just paid my water bill today...a month late. :dft005:frazzled So, I bought this app, and the push service. It's mostly pretty obvious, but some features could do well with a help section...?

i really like this app.

however.. i was very unpleased to find out if i rename the app or change its icon, it thinks i pirated it and then locks up everything and forces an erase and re-install.
not a nice thing for use who like to change our phone visually

Yes, I think we chatted via email. I'm terribly sorry for this but we've had a lot of users steal our software. It's unfortunate that folks do this with such inexpensive software but we pour a lot of sweat and time into it. It's an unintended side effect of wanting to make sure users are not stealing our software. We want to be around to provide quality updates for you and other customers in the future an do appreciate your support.

curious for advice however...
i got a push notice today stating i have a bill due in 3 days (i have push notification set for 3 days)
also, the icon has the 1 in top right corner..
yet i have no bills in there due untill the 10th. which is 6 days away.
any thoughts?

somehow i set a bill last nite due for oct 2007
the program saw it as never being paid and reminded me!
wooot!!


anyhow.. if anyone needs a billpay program and doesnt want to be tied down to their desktop or laptop with quicken.. i highly recommend this app.
it is very intuitive and usefull
