Recommendation for a SHORT iphone extension cable?

I'm looking for a SHORT extension cable (30pin each end) for my iPhone... preferably just 3-4 inches. The shortest that I can find is 40cm.

Any suggestions on shorter ones?

A bit short, but the big problem is that it's not 30 pins on both ends

They can make them as short as 1 foot for a hefty price. The only conductors not passed through are the video and audio-in (recording). All charging/Audio Out/Sync etc. passed through.
