Strange..........

I have updated 9 phones all on my computer with the 5.5 carrier file and they all work great except my wifes phone. Have done everything the same as on the others and all I get on hers is the red exclamation mark. Geuss I'll have to try a restore and see what happens. Plugged her phone in this morning and got the carrier update screen and all...No luck so far. I guess 8 out of 9 is not bad.......

Did you reboot her phone? AT&T is having latency issues with MMS, from what I have read on twitter today.

Yeah hav done everything on her phone that I did on the other 8. Just no luck with hers. I figure maybe a restore and then try again

Try updating to 6.0 first.

What's the diff between 5.5 that I have on the other phones and 6.0 ?

I'm not exactly sure. I just know some people on 3.1 have had to update to 6.0 to get MMS working. I just thought it was worth a shot since you were about to restore.

Don't forget to do this,
Make sure the file is named correctly (ATT_US.ipcc). If the word STEALTH is in there, take it out.

Had to restore and is working fine........Don't know why it was the only phone I had to restore but oh well........
