some cydia programs not working

I installed a program called rainbow keyboard but it does not work. I also installed before red keyboard shadow. I did check them in winterboard.
any ideas?

Themed keyboards will not work on 3.x. This was according to saurik back towards the end of August. I have yet to see any work.

My husband has 24 Cydia upgrades but that message keeps appearing before the update finishes downloading.

Use the latest redsn0w version and jailbreak again (you don't need to restore), this will fix your issue in the screenshot.

Run a Google search. That is your fix. If you jailbroke with an older version of redsn0w, it could cause this issue.
