I really doubt it. That's a big gun feature that they'll almost certainly hold out on and release with new iPhone model (if they ever do include that feature at all). Kind of like the video recording on the 3GS, it does not work on the old models, you have to upgrade for the feature. Anyway, you need a front facing camera for it to work right. I'm hoping the next model has dual cameras, rear facing for pics and video and front facing for video chat.
