creating my on theme and icons help

how do i go about creatin my own icons and theme for my iphone? any help is appreciated.

Easiest thing to do to start out, would be to download a theme (macthemes has many (www.macthemes2.net), and use some image editing software such as photoshop, and try altering some of the images in the theme you downloaded. As you because more comfortable, you may be able to make your own from scratch.

i just want like a scratch paper theme like someone took a pencil and drew the icons i've found a few but none i like. the best one i've found was called ''sketchy'' but i'd like to do all of my icons i have
