MMS Settings for Vodafone UK for Iphone

Hi - I have an unlocked 3G running 3.0 on Vodafone UK - can anyone supply me with the settings for MMS

( tried asking Vodafone but didn't get anywhere with them as they just said they don't support the iphone )
