Cant connect Iphone to Pc

Hi guys,
i'm using iPhone 3g over 6months, and now i got some probems. i cant conect iphone to pc anymore. When i connect usb cable iPhone is charging, but itunes cant find it. Maybe you knows how to solve this problem?

open your services manager (start->run(or the search in vista)->type "services.msc"), and make sure the Apple Mobile Device service "startup type" is "automatic" and "status" is "started". If not, right click on it, select properties, and change them.

Have you tried it on another computer with iTunes?
Have you checked to see if it recognizes it in DFU mode?

Try rebooting with it plugged in.

in DFU mode iTunes dont see iphone too

i was having the same issue sometimes and i figured out it was the cord. do you have a second usb cord you can try with?

i tried cable from ipod nano, it doesnt work too :S

Try disabling your antivirus and firewall.
Try a new Apple iPhone 3G cable.

Under "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel, find "Apple Mobile Device Support" and click "change" then "repair" and let it do its thing. Reboot and try again.

I would also recommend disconnecting any other USB devices you may have attached to your desktop, just to rule them out.

i tried everything without changing cable, and nothink helped me :S maybe some more ideas?

So, you did not get a new Apple iPhone 3G cable?
