Anyone know of any good alternates to intelliscreen? I really like IS, but the $10 price tag is a bit steep. Thanks in advance!

You think $10 is steep....It used to be $20 when it was first released over a year ago. It included Intellidial then. That's what i paid. Was well worth it IMO. But there are lockscreen widgets that can do pretty much the same thing if you have the patience to SSH and set it up.

Yeah, this is what I am finding out. I tried Lockscreen info, and it seems cool and has potential, but so far difficult to get it set up and going.

It's not terribly difficult if you're familiar with java scripting. I'm using the multibar lockscreen myself. But i use intelliscreen from mail, missed calls and calendars.

Lock Calendar from Big Boss is a good alternative if you just want to display your appointments on the lock screen.

What happened to the Lock Screen thread that was here several months ago? It seems to have been deleted?
The Intelliscreen alternative had everything: weather, missed calls, emails, etc.. which was perfect.

Are you talking about StatusNotifier? If I recall, Lincoln said he wasn't going to work on it anymore after 3.0 was released. I know it still works. Because you can use it with many different lockscreen themes. You just can't adjust settings in the app itself.

I would be more than happy to pay the $10 if I could somehow remove weather and sports. All I want on my lock screen is calendar, mail and messages. Somehow I can't figure that out though.

intelliscreen is completely customizable you can easily set it up so those are all that shows.
i think inside the app itself it shows how to set it up - been awhile since i changed mine.

@flightmedic (http://www.everythingicafe.com/forum/members/flightmedic.html) - its on the view layout screen. there are icons on the bottom of the screen if they have a 1 they show up on page i of the lockscreen. if they have a 2 they are on the 2nd page. (double tap the time to switch pages.) if you dont want them to display at all tap them to change 1,2,off. hope this makes sense.

Sory for the late response. Yes that's the one I mean. I thought it was a theme that used StatusNotifier as the backend?
Anyway, is there a link to it here still or is it still available through Cydia?

It's still available on cydia. But you just can't launch the app. It'll just crash. Because it wasn't ported to 3.0. The settings will still work though.
