View Full Version : Where are the iPhone software updates located once you download them?

I clicked the "Download Only" option when the prompt to download the new software came up. When I connected my iPhone I selected the "Update" button and it began downloading the software again. Anyway to bypass and let it update with the software that I already downloaded?

On Windows:
Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates


On Mac:
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

...and this is when you are in the iTunes program.
