I can't get MMS to work?

I followed all the instructions, but when I try to send a video, all I get is a red exclamation point asking me if I want to try again. I'm in california, does that matter?

The short answer is, if you follow the tutorial in the first post of that thread and still get red exclamation marks, you're just going to have to wait 10 more days like everyone else.
