Where can i get an iphone for under $300?

Does anyone know where i can get an iphone for under $300. The phone doesn't have to be unlocked seeing im with at&t. My contract isn't up for another 6 months, and i don't want to wait that long. I've tried searching ebay, but have found nothing that fits my price range. I've looked on the facebook marketplace as well, but no one wants to accept paypal which tells me they're probably trying to screw me over. Please can anyone help me out?

I'd check the Marketplace here every once-in-a-while, also try Craigslist - and even eBay if you're lucky.

You should be able to get a V1 on eBay for less than $200. You might be able to find a 3G for close to $300.

You can head down to any AT&T shop or Best Buys and pick up a 3G 8GB for $99
