Hi I have an iPhone 3GS that can't get into attwifi hotspots! Although I can connect to other wifi hotspots without a problem, is it posible that something in the authentication process for attwifi is broken on my phone? I see the signal, connect, and possibly get internet from attwifi for up to a minute. After that the iphone disconnects from the hotspot. It's also possible that it never fully connected at all.

It's an standard iphone: no jailbreak, no family plan, bought recently, latest OS v3.1 installed. Contract has 0 balance.

I tried talking to ATT customer support about it, they weren't helpful and eventually told me to contact apple. I spoke to apple and after extensive discussion they concluded it must be something wrong with the ATT hotspot.

I noticed a couple other iphone users having issues logging onto the ATT hotspot I was at, but my problem has occured for ALL att hotspots and I've tested at at least 4 spots.

Is there a att wifi support number I could call? Maybe they didn't add my iphone to the authentication list?

Any help is appreciated!

Sincerely,
Isaac
