Hi, I am having Itunes 7 in my comp. Recently I upgraded my itouch OS to 3.0. In order to detect Itouch with OS 3.0, it said I have to install Itunes 8.2 or higher. so i downloaded the latest version and tried to upgrade using 'Apple software update'. But am getting below error during installation
'The system encountered error before Itunes could be configured. Your systems has not been modified. To try this application at a later time, please run the installer again'
am not able to use my ITouch in my comp after i upgraded the OS. I have installed windows installer and .Net framework also.. But still it dint work.. I have directly downloaded latest version of ITunes instead of upgrade version. when i click on the setup file, there is no reponse after that..
I have tried almost everything given in the internet. But i could not solve the problem. there is a also a pending discussion regarding the same issue in apple disc forum also.
If anyone got this problem and know the solution kindly share.. It would be great help.
