PC wiped, multiple library sync

New to forums, sorry if this is asked often, anyways thanks to antivirus 2010 I had to wipe my pc and re-install a new copy of itunes, now my phone is synced to my old itunes that doesnt exist and I cannot copy music onto the phone without first wiping my music library

I do not have my music any longer since the reformat, and while I know some hacks are avaliable to sync across multiple libraries I'd rather not go through that again, is there an easy fix for this?

I suggest getting Tansee. It will allow you to move your music from your iPhone to your PC. http://www.tansee.com/iphonetransfer.html

thanks, but is there any free applications that could do it?, transee costs 19.99 and id like to not have to pirate it if theres an alternative in itunes settings or anything at all i could do besides that
