Some issues

Ok I really hope someone can help me cause im quite depserate atm...

I resetted my iphone 3g as in the option erase all data like second option of the reset option. after that it did what i have found to be normal but then when it reboots the apple sign shows up and 2 mins after that a loading signal comes..

And from there it freezes... anyone know what I can do to fix it? atm i got it connected to my comp but my comp does not read it at all...

One hint, I've had my MBP not recognize my connected iTouch until I rebooted. I typically sleep the machine for several days before doing a complete restart. I also discovered a few weeks ago (updating someone else's 3G) that these phones can be very finicky unless you use a genuine Apple USB cable versus an after market brand. Not always, but enough times to be a concern.
