so i have lexi comp complete on my iphone can i put it on the misses iphone somehow with out spending another 299 bucks?

Yes. Just use the same iTunes account for both phones. That's what I do for my wife's and my phone.

if i do this will i loose all the apps she already has on her phone under her itunes account?

so if i want her to have an app from my phone log her in under my itunes account and hook up the iphone to the computer and transfer it over?

You guys should just use the same account, it will save you money in the long run.

If you have purchased apps on your wife's iPhone and want to transfer them to your other account just call apple itunes support and they will transfer all of your wife's purchases to one account. So then you will be able to use one account on both iPhone's.

You don't have to merge accounts. Apple 'allows' you to have your iphone applications and tunes on multiple devices (up to 5?). We have 4 devices/users in our household and mix and swap all the time.
