Music help please

Ok, so here's the sitch. I have music on my iPhone, and everything on the phone is fine, BUT, I lost everything on my computer. My question is, does anyone know of any program that I can use to retrive the music off my phone?

I'm also JB'd if that makes any difference.

iFunbox gets mentioned a lot around here. I think it is free but my work pc blocks it....no looking at boxes around here! Can't look it up to verify free or paid.

well I found it, but it doesn't seem to like me, it's made my phone restart a couple times.
