As of now I lost my receipt..or I can't find it. So do you think AT&T will exchange my iPhone without it. I mean They took down my information and I paid with my debit card. Also for faulty batteries do they charge the restocking fee?

You can give it a shot but they might not because you dont have receipt but then again your not returning it just exchanging give it a shot

As I've already posted in 2 threads this morning, my local AT&T store has already told me once when trying to return a phone, they will not take the phone back for any reason, whatsoever, unless you're cancelling your service.

They took mine and no for the receipt... they have it on the system

yeah, i figured it was.
I'm not too upset about it, just as I wasn't when they sent me home, packing. lol

Especially since Apple handled the whole thing with concise and swift care. ;)
