hey guys I bought my iPhone and just love it, but my battery life has been a bit below average and below the target times and safari crashes often. I was thinking of returning it to the AT&T store I bought it from but just had a few questions.
1. Will I be charged a restocking fee if I am exchanging?
2. Would I be able to return mine and get an 8gb instead of the 4 I have?
3. What happens if they are out of stock?
Thanks in advance!

So if you have faulty battery they still gonna charge you the restocking fee?

Go give it a shot.. see what they say.. Someone on the boards went to store because of battery and gave them a totally new one.. but i think that was the apple store not sure about the AT&T store just changing it ..might charge you

Go to the Apple store, they will not give you a problem at all, ATT is going to tell you to take it to Apple anyway.

I went in to try and exchange my dead pixel iPhone, for a new one.
After several minutes of arguing and debate, I was still told that AT&T will not take the phone back, for any reason, unless you're cancelling your service.

Did you try to say you were going to cancel the service? Seeing that you were probably within the 14 Days Return you could have said nevermind I dont want the Phone any longer?

Yeah, I explained that to them, but I figured they wouldn't let me get another, if I did. I dunno, really...
I'm unfortunately at the mercy of AT&T, here. There are no Apple stores, in my entire state. :P
Oh btw, alb0zf1n3st....
