Hello everyone, I have a black 30 gig Ipod Classic and I am trying to restore it back to the way I first brought it (brand new). I connected my Ipod to Itunes and it does not show it is connected to Itunes. It won't even load to the Ipod menu. The screen is stuck on the Apple logo. Please help me out I want to start fresh with the Ipod but I can't. Can someone help me restore it back to it's original form? Thank you in advance.
