Just restored my iphone because of slowness and instability issues after jailbreaking. I really want to be able to access my iphones filesystem but I dontt want to jailbreak again. Are there any programs that will allow me to do that???

I tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

BTW- I tried iPhoneBrowser but it crashes everytime i plug my iphone into the usb port.

The main point of jb'ing is to free the file system from jail. So you won't be able to use any computer-based app to get past that.

And forget about WinSCP too. It needs OpenSSH to be running on the iPhone, which only happens if you jb, and install OpenSSH.

The instability issue you had were likely due to installed Cydia apps. If all you want is access to the file system you could jb and not install any apps. You could even not install OpenSSH, and just use iPhoneBrowser instead. This should have minimal impact on the iPhone's stability and performance.

As Tinman said, you can't do this unless you jailbreak.
If you do decide to jailbreak and iPhoneBrowser crashes, it is because you are using the old version of iPhoneBrowser with the 3x FW. You'll need to install the new version.

Thanks guys. Guess I'll JB again and not install apps.
