Anyone have a old iphone they don't want? I have this old flip phone that i fell and cracked the screen on. I don't have any insurance and im currently in a tight situation and i can't really afford a new phone.

So i was wondering if someone had a old iphone they could send me if their not using it and its just collecting dust i really could use one.

Thanks

Most old iPhones are sold on eBay for pretty good money.

Seriously, this is your first post, so nobody knows you and you're asking for them to send you their old iphone out of the goodness of their heart?

Not sure anyone is that GOOD.

The cheapest fully functional iPhone you'll find would be a V1 (2G) for around $150.

What cell phone carrier do you have?

I'd be shocked if someone would ship off their old iPhone for nothing. Most people would want some type of monetary compensation considering how much the original iPhone's cost...

That is true. My ex husband used to call it continence relief. People donate millions every year to charities, Christian support groups to benefit impoverished countries, churches, etc.

I'm going to be giving away some screen protectors for free in a minute here. But you'd be lucky to find a free iPhone. I give my sister free hand me down iPods and computers all the time, but that's family. I'm nice to strangers, but I'm not that nice.

On the contrary, I still believe there are kind people out there and you might just end up with a used iPhone when all is said and done. You know sometimes you don't get what you want without asking for it first. Good luck cablekid.

I will give you my used iphone for free
In return all I ask is that you are responsible with it
and that you give me five hundred dollars.

While at the same time there are 'nice' people that might give away a phone...there is the flipside of someone just joining an iphone forum to see if they can get a free iphone to sell and make free profit off of.

Not saying you are a scammer...just strange you go from a flip phone directly to an iphone that will require you to pay $30 extra/month (yet you are short on $$)

I'm just playing devil's advocate

It's not necessarily going to cost more. You can jailbreak and unlock and use a prepaid T-Mobile SIM and have no data plan, no monthly charges and no contract.

Yea if you jail break it you don't need the data plan and also my friend has one he doesn't have the data plan. He said he had it for a month and then called up and said he didn't need the data plan anymore and his iphone still worked.

Nah im not trying to get a profit i just want a iphone lol.
