The Rivet Boneless Silicone (http://www.rivetnow.com/home/file/product/iproduct_id/123/) case by Rivet (http://www.rivetnow.com/index.php) is up for review. I have used this case for a couple days now and whenever people see it they ask me, "Where did you find that?". It seems that there is a large group of people looking for unique case designs, and Rivet has certainly come up with a unique design. If you want a case that will stand out from the others, this is the case for you.

Made out of flexible silicone, this case is easy to slip on. The silicone seems to be good quality. One of the things I was worried about was the white or red silicone separating from the black. I have been picking at the edges of the different colors and have had no issues with them separating. The colors really stand out and do not seem to absorb dyes. I have had no issues with the white silicone staining up. The silicone seems to stretch easily, but I wonder if it will always return to the original tightness. I have no parts of the case stretched yet, but I have only used this case for a couple weeks. I have a feeling the strip of silicone under the earpiece will be susceptible to stretching out if constantly removed and installed often. I would suggest to the designer to not have the earpiece opening so wide. It would help keep the silicone from being stretched. The same issue is on the bottom, the opening for the 30 pin connector and the speaker openings is one wide opening. I would suggest 3 separate openings to keep things from being stretched out. Let me be perfectly clear, I have not had an issue with this silicone stretching or sagging, but due to how flexible it is I am keeping my eye on it. There are three other openings for the camera lens, the headphone jack, and the silence switch, but those openings don't concern me.

The silicone is going to add drop or bump protection to your phone. The case will also keep your iPhone back free from scratches as long as you make sure to keep it clean, because small pieces of dirt will get between this case and your phone and scratch the phone. To clean this case, I would suggest mild to cool temperature, clean dishwater. Just remove the phone from the case, put the case in the water, and rub it inside and out with your fingers. Rinse off with cool water and allow to thoroughly air dry.
If you have been looking for a uniquely designed case, look no further. Information on Rivet, and the Boneless Silicone case by Rivet is linked at the top of this posting. As usual, if you have any questions or comments, leave them here, or PM me.
