What would be the point in doing this? Do you plan on watching two different porno's on two different monitors at the same time?

I am not an expert, but I have one VC in my laptop and I plug in another monitor. I have two separate screens going so I can watch two porn stations at once.

That's what I thought. I see no need for two video cards unless you're some high-end gamer with a high-end PC

Then why didn't you just answer the question without the porn remark in the first place?

You know you should apologize. Right?

most discrete video cards these days have multiple video outputs for multiple monitors, so you should only need one video card to do what you want to do.

BTW, Multiple displays are awesome for multitasking.

Multitasking also goes well with Spaces, and Exposé.

i agree, but neither will exactly stand in for double the screen real-estate.

Coming from a 15" and now with 24", I am happy with my screen estate. I used to dual 15" monitors. I guess I still dual them when in use, but they don't get used nearly as often. I only turn on the PC on occasion now.

Yes. It was a lame comment I honestly don't know why I made it.

Gamedude, in all honesty I do apologize for my remark earlier. It was out of line and I meant no offense at all.

In response to your OP, just exactly what are you trying to do with hooking up two video cards? What kind of system specs do you have?
