Wow! Looks good. But I wonder. A lot of the multi touch gestures sure seem Apple'ish. I wonder if Apple's gonna try to find some patent infringements.

If you have a large library, this appears to a more intuitive way to access bands/artists at the bottom of the alphabet.

I really like the interface.. nice...
But showing up late to the media player party with a 3.3" screen is weak...

I'll admit that I might consider one, and I've never had the slightest desire to own a Zune of any sort. I agree that some of the multitouch gestures look stolen from Apple - especially the photo pinching. I suppose this might very well be yet another thing to Apple's very full plate of legal troubles.

I'm sure Microsoft has their fair share of patents and some are likely for multi-touch. Remember they have that crazy Surface (http://www.microsoft.com/surface/) product.

Thinking about setting up an external drive with all my media. I'm wondering if I'd be able to use iTunes on the Mac, then use whatever Zune software on Vista. Library remaining the same. Not sure how much iTunes does to the library and if the drive (if formatted properly) would work for both.

well, if microsoft really wants to go after the ipod market, they're going to have to make it mac-friendly.

If only M$ can implement that UI into it's smart phones.
