sync with outlook calander problem

can someone pls advise me how to sync with outlook everytime i try to sync my outlook calander it deletes, i am trying to get my outlook calander onto my mobile me calander cant seem to do this,

any help will be great

I would export your Outlook calendar, and then import it into Mobile ME. Then since it's set to sync, it will sync to your iPhone...
