Has anyone else purchased this app and had it work for a long period of time?

I bought the app so I could play friends on Facebook worked great for me although the friend that I wanted to play couldn't get it to load after she purchased.

Now a couple of weeks later I am in the same boat. It's there in my apps folder, checked but when I sync it, it won't sync. If I go to the app it tells me that I have already purchased and tries to download again. It goes through the motion but still no go.

I left a review and then headed to EA sports to complain but didn't bother because I first had to creat an account. Just to contact Customer Service? Please!

I paid for it and it loaded on my phone and plays, but it never would connect to Facebook. I have other apps that connect with Facebook just fine, but not Scrabble.

I did register to get some tech support (why???) and after sending emails to 3 different addresses, all I got were canned responses and directions to the forums and faqs that answered nothing. I tried deleting and redownloading, and changing my login information, nothing worked.

You'd think an outfit as huge as EA would have a little support. I left a 1-star review at the AppStore, and frankly, I'm pissed that a 5-dollar app won't do what it advertises it will. (They're featuring it on iPhone commercials now, too! :014:anger )
