Reprogramming 3.0 for MMS (AT&T)?

I know I should be waiting until "later this summer", but I'm sick of that. I remember reading around on here about people modifying there carrier settings to ATT 5.0, and yadda yadda yadda... but the thing is I don't remember the details. What do I download to change my carrier info, and so on...
