ViewMyMessage not working?

I received 3 picture messages today - of course I can't view any of them and have to go to that terrible ViewMyMessage.com/2 Web site. Well anyway, the site works but none of the log-in stuff works. I've even waited a half-hour to give it time to register and stuff.

Anyone else having this issue right now/recently?

Where are you accessing the site? Also make sure you aren't confusing an 'I' for a lower case 'L' and any other letters that could get mistook as another letter.

I don't get those messages at all when people send me pictures.

Copy/paste so no mis-spellings or anything. Just kept saying retrieving the picture failed...tired on both CPU and phone.

Unfortunately that site is very buggy and you might have to request the person to send the picture again. Sometimes the first time it doesn't work or the particular site you are using is having a problem. They might not be giving those sites the same amount of attention as they got before they needed to start to work on mms, so problems could take longer to get addressed.

I'm more surprised when the website actually does work than when it doesn't.

I tried it multiple times and it never worked for me. If I get an MMS I just ignore it or text the person and ask them to email it to me.

At&t needs to get on the ball - this is ridiculous!!!

People need to get on the ball and buy smart phones, then they can just email those pics.

I gave up on "view my message" a long time ago. People that I care to receive anything from know to send to my email. My experience was much like Dave's where I was really astonished on the rare occasion that it did work.
