So, I've switch to this new theme on my iPhone 3G that is called, "Macbook 3.0". I also switched my SBSettings utility to the same theme. Now, every time I use my phone, it seems like a whole new device--I love it! What a breath of fresh air for my one-year-old phone!

This particular theme is not as easy to install as a Cydia-based theme. :dft002:amazed
:008:cool Never fear! Here are the instructions that I wrote up to download and install:
Macbook 3.0 iPhone Theme
http://www.modmyi.com/forums/downloads/winterboard/121/macbook-3-0-30361/ (http://www.modmyi.com/forums/downloads/winterboard/121/macbook-3-0-30361/)
1. To install, you must have Winterboard installed.
2. Create a folder (with an extension of *.theme) in the following location and put all the theme files there:
/var/stash/Themes.xxxxx
where xxxxx is a string of characters specific to your phone.
For example my folder is called, "Themes.PTawqv", so I used:
/var/stash/Themes.PTawqv/Macbook 3.theme
3. Now go to Winterboard and choose the new theme.
SBSettings Macbook 3.0 Theme
http://www.modmyi.com/forums/downloads/app-themes/51/macbook-3-0-sbsettings-31641/ (http://www.modmyi.com/forums/downloads/app-themes/51/macbook-3-0-sbsettings-31641/)
1. Create a folder in the following location and put all the SBSettings files there:
/var/mobile/Library/SBSettings/Themes/
For example, I used:
/var/mobile/Library/SBSettings/Themes/Macbook 3/
2. Go into SBSettings
3. Tap on the "More" icon
4. Click on the "Manage Themes" button
5. Choose your new theme
Enjoy!

In that case, you probably don't get that "new phone feeling". :015:stickouttounge

It's a nice theme. They need to add a few icons in though. I had to pinch a few from other themes to get it looking good.
I havent altered it much at all. Usually I would change the wallpaper and dock, but they look smart stock.
The worst thing about having this theme is other people see it- and then they want it. So it's going from being a cool stylish theme to over-popular. A friend from work saw my theme a few weeks back, 24hours later he had the same one and was showing it off. Therefore i'm on the hunt for a new unique theme!
