Hi,
I live in Turkey and have an iPhone 3G using the Turkcell Network. When using some free iPhone apps (Skype, Stanza, Suduko and Dog Whistle to name a few) Turkcell take a couple of Kontors (credits) off of me. Is this right? I use the wifi to connect from home so no charge there. If I take the SIM card out of the phone and try to Skype on wifi it says I cannot use it as I am not connect to a network, I am confused? Is this Turkcell making money out of the apps or are the 'free' apps not really free at all?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
