cydia problem...trying to buy 3g unrestrictor

so I am trying to buy the 3g unrestrictor...
when i click on purchase it says that it needs to verify who i am and then prompts me to sign into my google or facebook accounts.
when i do this it then says 'for reasons as yet undetermined I cannot identify your device. Are you using a desktop web browser?'

Anyone have any idea what gives here and what i can do? thanks

No you don't need it, it sends out masked signals to make the phone seem like it's actually a desktop browser- it's so you can view web pages normally and not in mobile view mode.

Have you tried to verify yourself by using both means, facebook and googlemail?

I had issues paying for this app, I bought it, yet I couldn't download it.

i bought slingplayer today and without 3g unrestrictor it is pretty pointless

I'm trying to remember.. I'm verified so it's difficult to see what your dealing with.

I'm not sure why it wont verify you, it seems strange, considering you've tried two different methods of logging on then i'm confused. If someone wants to jump in here and save me then feel free.

Try rebooting your phone, holding home and power button until the phone switches off and back on again-launch cydia and give it another go.

You can bypass this and avoid these complications just add this source
