I would like to purchase a MacBook, for the purpose of using it as an everyday computer and developing iPhone applications.
it MUST be with a intel processor.
it should have at least a 100GB hard drive
and at least 2GB of ram would be nice.
i also would like Leopard on it.
it shouldn't have any major cosmetic issues.
it must be able to read DVDs and at least be able to burn CDs.
if you have one like this, please do let me know by responding here.
thank you.

I have a black MacBook.
75GB HD
2GB RAM
Leopard 10.5.7
It has a small crack on the right hand edge of the laptop- It's not bad, but obviously it's not good either. Still functions correctly. Touchpad (mouse) has a tiny dint in it (dropped a metal pen) in it- Still functions correctly.
It can read DVD's and burn DVD's as well.
It will be up for sale within the next two weeks if your interested, I'm buying a G4 and getting a new MacBook.

I am selling a black macbook 2.16GHz 160GB hard drive w/10.5.7 for $650 + ship. Comes with iWork '09, iLife '09 (both $79 upgrades).
Cosmetically good condition, new hard drive last month (just upgrading) and has a battery with 100% health. Will send clean diagnostic reports from Apple if desired.

I have two macbook pros i can sell. both are the previous gen, ie not unibody but only 8 months old and still have all original packaging. One is a 2.2 Ghz Intel with 4GB DDR3 SDRAM with the Geforce 8600 MGT and 200GB HD at 7200 RPM and the other is exactly the same but with a 2.6 Ghz Intel.

I like this MacBook, but i *think* i'll be buying in about two or three weeks.
If you can hold off until then, (but even then, no guarantee that i'll even be able to GET a computer, my parents change their minds quickly) i will certainly buy it.
One question - does it have a line-in?
and do you still have Garage Band on it?

I will have to check on the first but yes I do still have GarageBand.
And I can wait a little bit, it's listed elsewhere but no real rush for someone to buy it. I can do a local sale since I'm not that far from you if you want.

Just an update-- I chucked a 2gb ram chip in there, so the system now has 2.5gb of ram instead of 1gb. Also, I live in western MA so it's conceivable that I could meet you in person for the sale if it would make your parents more comfortable, you could check the computer over, etc. I'd need some advance notice to make the trip but I could meet you somewhere in central MA.

I sent you a PM, with my email and such. I like your MacBook and I'd like to buy it, but I cannot do so until the end of the month.
