Is it possible to undelete messages?

Text messages? No.

E-mail messages? If you're using IMAP, no. If you're using POP3, they will still be on your mail server.

Newbie question. I keep receiving emails when any thread I've posted in gets a new post. I have tried going into my settings and disabling all email options and still...emails! Help, please? I didn't want to begin a thread just for that so excuse my interruption. Thanks.

Next time, just start a new thread. Try this:

My Settings > Edit Options > Default Thread Subscription Mode > Change to "No e-mail notification" or "Do not subscribe"

See if that works...
