streaming TV episodes on the iphone

are there any sites that support streaming television episodes to the iPhone. Everything I read says it is not possible to stream flash video on the iPhone and the only option was downloading directly from iTunes however I have been told it is possible to stream mp4's and television in particular.

You cant stream flash on the Iphone, same with Divx as there is no player available. The only easy-ish way to do is is download a film / episode and convert to iTunes format, then sync with the Iphone

There's a free app in the App Store from TV.com that streams CBS shows and videos but has issues with 3.9 FW. They're supposedly working on a fix.
