whats the best software $30 and under?

ive tried several free programs (videora, dvd shrink, dvd fab) that are ok. im tired of having the black bars on top and bottom(for widescreen movies), audio thats a tad off, and having to use 2 different programs to get the job done. i want to be able to rip my dvd and convert it to mp4 with little effort with none of the above said issues. so if theres some software out there that yall recommened that will cure this issue please post up. thanks. this must be vista compatible as well

Cucusoft. Conversion is so simple with cucusoft for $29.

I like PQDVD to iPhone. I use my PC to do this as they do not have a version for Macs, as of yet. ($29.95) :laugh2:
