Jailbreak Sync

Is there a way to sync a jailbroken iphone cydia and other apps not downloaded through the iTunes store? They are not syncing with my iTunes.

No. The only thing I can think of that's sort of like that is AptBackup in Cydia. It backs up your jailbroken data.

i don't believe there is one. Why do you need them to sync to iTunes? They don't get saved when you update to a new firmware. You have to reinstall them after each jailbreak. There are apps available that back them up and reinstall them when you have to rejailbreak.

so one of those apps would be..AptBackup in Cydia? are there any others or a better one?

there are a few others. Aptbackup (i've used before, works great, if you follow the instructions to a T), Appbackup, Chronus.
