Multiple Outlook calenders?

First time post, and I couldn't find a thread that addresses this specific issue. My wife and I are trying to see if it is possible to share our outlook calenders on the iPhone. We have separate laptops with Windows XP, and use the Outlook calender publish feature so we can each view the other's calender on our computers. Is there a way to get our phones to sync with both calenders (so I can view hers on my iphone, and vice-versa) that anyone knows of?
