i am buying an iphone 3g MB500ZP/A iPhone 3G White,16GB thats is the serial number for it so it is a chinese spec iphone from hongkong..i am worrying that the uk simcard might not fit in the sim slot tray?? please any1 that knows an answer plz reply.. thnx

That model number comes up as an unlocked Hong Kong version.

An unlocked phone will work with other carriers besides ATT. So you just pop your sim card in and are good to go.

As far as I know, all sims are of universal size. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Wow. There's only one sim card tray "design". Yes. The iPhone doesn't have multiple sim card trays. Sim card = sim card.

Use google if you need more explanation.

Sweet! Your SIM will fit in it, don't worry about that. They are universal, there is only one size. Factory unlocked phones are nice, I would love to get my hands on one. That way you don't have to worry about doing the software unlocks and never run the risk of them locking on you.

We understand you have a ton of emotion going on and want to be sure before you get the phone. Rest assured there is only one sim card tray and your sim will fit.
Hope you enjoy the phone as much as we do. Let us know when you get it.:smile:

I have used UK sim cards in my US phones- there is only one size sim card

Yes, but it's unlocked from Apple.

soo i jus pop a uk sim in and it takes the uk sim like O2 sim card it will now be on o2??
